Bellingham Folk Festival Saturday, January 20nd 2023 6:50-7:30 p.m. Blue Room. Tango Cowboys return to the Bellingham Festival as the region’s only purveyors of both vocal tangos from Argentina and cowboy songs from the Wild West. Be ready to sing along to “Cindy” or bust your favorite tango move to “Por una cabeza” from Scent of a Woman. Joining will be the inimitable Jan Peters, evoking the lonely howl of a coyote on the harmonica.
Lake Chelan Bach Fest Friday, June 16th 2021 7:30 p.m. Lake Chelan Riverwalk Pavilion. An Evening of American Folk Songs, Cowboy Songs, and Tangos. The Bach festival was begun in 1981 as a summer festival for classical music in the Lake Chelan Valley.
